In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pp222" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the pp222 online gaming platform, its operators, licensees, and any affiliated entities operating under the pp222 brand at https://pp222.bio.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any natural person who registers an account on pp222, accesses the platform, or uses any service offered therein.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created upon successful completion of pp222's registration process.
• "Wallet" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held within your pp222 account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds maintained in separate sub-ledgers.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to your account under a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for licensing and regulating online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and pp222's internal compliance procedures.
• "Services" means all gaming products, account management tools, support channels, and ancillary features made available through the pp222 platform.

By accessing the pp222 platform, registering an account, or placing any wager — whether or not you have read these Terms in full — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the pp222 Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and pp222 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

Access to real-money gaming services on pp222 is strictly restricted. To register and maintain an active account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

pp222 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that cannot demonstrate ongoing compliance with these eligibility criteria.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pp222. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

• Account registration is subject to successful completion of pp222's KYC verification process prior to the first withdrawal.
• pp222 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without stating reasons.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must notify pp222 immediately via live chat or support email if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party under any circumstances.

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, pp222 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. pp222 may also conduct additional verification checks at any point during your account lifecycle.

You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID).
• Proof of current residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account details showing matching name).
• Source-of-funds documentation for accounts with cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceeding thresholds set by PAGCOR guidelines.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. pp222 will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete KYC documentation.

All deposits on pp222 are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). pp222 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at pp222's discretion.

• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction within the pp222 cashier.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts or cards registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• pp222 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency or any anonymous payment instrument.
• Successful deposit confirmation is subject to payment provider processing times. pp222 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, GCash system downtime, or bank-scheduled maintenance windows.
• pp222 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in contravention of applicable Philippine law.

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. pp222 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the account without additional verification.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within 2–6 hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one business day for BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers.
• pp222 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the pp222 cashier and are subject to change at pp222's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Any bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawable balance at the time of withdrawal processing.

pp222 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonus funds are held in a separate sub-ledger within your wallet and are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry periods are stated clearly on each promotional offer page.
• pp222 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotional offer at any time. Active bonuses already claimed will continue to be governed by the terms in force at the time of claim.
• Only one active bonus may be held per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• pp222 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and recover any bonus amounts from accounts where abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or any form of fraudulent bonus claiming is detected.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers unless expressly permitted.

All games offered on pp222 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

Results of all games on pp222 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live events as applicable. pp222 does not manipulate, alter, or influence game outcomes outside of the certified RNG system and house edge parameters published in each game's paytable or information section.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on pp222's servers, the server-side record shall be conclusive and final.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game round cannot be completed due to a platform-side technical failure, the wager for that round will be refunded to your wallet.
• pp222 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event or game that has been subject to an obvious pricing or odds error. Players will be notified and the wager amount returned to their wallet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pp222 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pp222 reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to PAGCOR upon detection of any prohibited conduct:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account in a name other than your own legal name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets, sharing hand information in live poker, or operating chip-dumping arrangements.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to extract value from the platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or any other conduct in contravention of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (RA 9160 as amended).
• Accessing pp222 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other compliance process.

pp222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost and are accessible directly from the account dashboard after pp222 login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

All content on the pp222 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of pp222 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use pp222 intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing and using the platform as a registered player in accordance with these Terms.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the pp222 platform without express prior written consent.
• The pp222 name, logo, and associated branding are registered or unregistered trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
• Game content made available through third-party game providers remains the intellectual property of those providers and is licensed to pp222 for display on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pp222 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime or technical failures.

pp222's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pp222 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for implementing appropriate device security measures when accessing the platform.

pp222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A player's identity cannot be verified to pp222's satisfaction during the KYC process.
• A player is found to have registered while ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• pp222 is required to do so by PAGCOR directive, court order, or applicable law.
• Suspicious account activity is detected that warrants investigation under pp222's anti-fraud or anti-money laundering procedures.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the wallet will be frozen until the investigation is complete. Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, pp222 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, in cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, to withhold and report all funds in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting pp222 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of bonus funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

pp222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pp222 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date, and may additionally notify registered players via the email address on file.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the pp222 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pp222's internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit a written complaint to pp222 via support email, allowing pp222 a period of 30 calendar days to respond and attempt resolution. Where the dispute relates to regulatory compliance or licensing matters, players may also refer the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant supervisory authority.

pp222 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all player complaints fairly and in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution guidelines. Response timelines for formal complaints are within 5 business days of receipt.
